The Sikalbaha power plant of Power Development Board with 60 megawatt electricity production capacity has been turned off after to sudden fire at the transformer of the plant on Sunday afternoon. Fire service officials said around 4:00pm due to some technical glitch, a transformer of the power plant caught fire while within 15 minutes two transformers got completely burnt.
