Republic of Rwanda has signed intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the field of peaceful uses of nuclear energy in Moscow recently. Bangladesh’s Finance Ministry has recently sanctioned the budget for second phase of construction of the Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant (RNPP). The amount allotted for this phase is USD 42.33 million.
