Miraz’s Grandfather House Got Electricity

EB Report

Mehedi Hasan Miraz, the newest tiger and future star of the Bangladesh
National Cricket team is already bestowed with so many gifts after his
recent stunning performance against England; Now Rural Electrification
Board (REB) has initiated electricity connection on last Saturday to
his grandfather’s house, also his birthplace which is situated in
Auliapur village in Bakerganj, Barisal.

Miraz’s grandfather Denser Ali Hawlader is no more but his grandmother
Jobeda Bibi is still alive and living at that place with Miraz’s uncle
Zakir Hossain Talukder.

According to the sources from REB, a local newspaper recently reported
that Miraz’s grandmother and his family couldn’t witness the
outstanding performance of their 19-year-old boy on TV as their place
had no electricity connection. The news somehow caught the eye of the
concerned authority and REB authority was instructed from the ministry
of Power to give an urgent connection to his grandfather’s house. The
connection was initiated by the name of the young star Miraz, though
his uncle will be paying the bills, informed the sources.

However, his father Jalal Hossain Talukder who is also currently
staying at that place have shown gratitude to the government after the
quick initialization of the electricity connection to his son’s
birthplace.
