State Minister for Power, Energy and Minerals Nasrul Hamid today underscored the need for continue united efforts for expansion of renewable energy.
“Technology related to the renewable energy will be available and within reach if investment is made properly,” said the state minster.
Nasrul Hamid said this while addressing at the plenary session titled “The global status quo: challenges and opportunities” held at the concluding session of the 16th Doha Forum in the Qatari capital of Doha today.
Energy and Minerals Resources Minister of Dominican Republic Dr Antonion Isa Cond, Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia David Jalagania and former Energy and Industries Minister of Qatar Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, among others, spoke on the occasion.
