Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company has launched a dedicated call center to serve their customers. Customers from now on will be able to communicate with the ‘customer service’ of Titas at these numbers: 16496 and 09612316496. The Titas also launched a website: www.titasgas.org.bd to receive complaints from the customers.
Titas introduced this call center on last Thursday. Experimentally, the call center will remain open from 9 am to 8 pm every day. Customers will be able to submit their queries, complaints, feedback and ask for any information related to Titas’s service by calling the call center and through its website.
According to a Titas, if any customer files any complaint by calling this call center, he/she will receive a message as an acknowledgment along with a tracking number. Thus, the customer will be able to track down his complaint and follow up the issue in future times by this tracking number.
