There will be no load shed from 2021 in Bangladesh: Power minister

The Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Nasrul Hamid Bipu said that, there will be no load shedding in Bangladesh from the year 2021. He further said that the present government is working on a project to produce more 24 thousand Mega Watt of electricity. On 24th January at a mass communication function held on South Keranigong’s “Dolesshor School and College” ground, he said this. He also said that the present government has taken several projects to make Bangladesh load shedding free in the upcoming five years as well, so there will be no load shedding problems from 2021in this country.
In Bangladesh, load shedding is the most common problem faced by all the people. During summer time, electricity goes out minimum for six times each carrying one hour in Dhaka city, on the contrary, around the other cities, the condition of electricity is very poor, higher load shedding. But now the new government of Bangladesh is taking some much needed steps to solve this critical problem in the upcoming years.
