Prime minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurated three power plants on Thursday. PM inaugurated those plants through video conferencing from Ganabhaban.
Ashuganj 476 MW is the combined capacity of those plants. 225 MW combined cycle power plant, United Ashuganj 200MW modular power plant and Ashuganj midland 51MW power plans will be inaugurated.
She also inaugurated Kazir Bazar Bridge over river Surma and Balabhadra Bridge on Sarail-Lakhai regional highway.
Moreover, the PM laid foundation stone for a railway overpass in Brahmanbaria during the conference.
