United Enterprise & Company Ltd, one of the corporate sponsors of Khulna Power Company Ltd (KPCL) has declared that it is willing to sell KPCL’s shares. Sources from Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) confirmed the news.
According to the DSE sources, the corporate sponsor is looking forward to sell the entire holding of 127,469,456 shares of KPC.
However, according to the regulation, United Enterprise will have to sell the shares at the current market price through the stock exchanges within the next 30 working days
