Bangladesh has hit a new milestone in electricity generation. The power plants produced 12,539 megawatt electricity at 9 pm on Wednesday – a new record, according to the Power Development Board. The previous record of highest power generation was 12, 412 MW set on May 2019. There was no power cut in the day of record production.
