ngineer Md Mahbubur Rahman has taken over the charges as Chairman of the Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB), said a BPDB notification.
He assumed responsibility as the 38th chairman of the BPDB on Manday, replacing Md Engineer Belayet hossain,
who was chairman. Prior to joining the new post with promotion, Engineer Mahbubur was Member (company affairs) of the state-run organisation.
