Senior Judicial Magistrate of Dinajpur granted bail for 19 Accused including Phulbari Mayor in Asia Energy’s office attack case on Sunday.
All accused applied for bail after being physically present with their lawyers against a charge sheet submitted to the court after investigation by Phulbari Thana police. The Senior Judicial Magistrate Krishna Kamal Sarker granted bail.
Asia Energy filed case on 8th December last year for attack and vandalizing its local office & cars by local agitators on 26th of November on the same year.
Asia Energy filed the case on 8th December 2014 against 10 activists and 65/70 unknown to senior Judicial Magistrate court. Phulbari thana police investigated the case upon court order and submitted the charge sheet on 31 October this year against 19 accused adding 9 more people after investigation.
