Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited has declared a 20 percent cash dividends for its shareholders for the fiscal year of 2015-16. Energy and Mineral Resources Division MD. Zakir Hossain has been appointed as chairman (additional charge) of Petrobangla, according to Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Division instruction issued today (December 22). He will replace Istiaque Ahmad, who was appointed as the chairman in 22 October 2014.
