Rahmatullah Md. Dastgir, the additional secretary of power division has been appointed as the new Managing Director of the Dhaka Power Distribution Company Limited (DPDC).
The temporary appointment came at a moment when the tenure of the last MD was finished.
However, engineers of DPDC have decided to go for a movement against the new appointment, as the newly appointed Managing Director is not an engineer rather he’s from administration cadre.
