International exhibition on power and Energy will be held from 3 to 5 December, 2015 on Bashundhara Convention City at Dhaka. Various companies from China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, America total 11 countries including Bangladesh will participate in the fair.

IT was informed in a press conference held in national press conference. President of CEMS Bangladesh Mehrin N Islam, general maneger Mr. Lutfur Rahman, Executive director Tanveer Qamrul Islam, Sales and marketing in charge Mr. Abu Noyem Md. Sharif were present at the conference.
It was said in the press conference, various countries and visitors show their interest to be in the exhibition. visitors who will be coming to Bangladesh from different parts of the World to visit this comprehensive Expo to familiarize themselves with these sectors of Bangladesh and see the Investment climate where the Government is encouraging Foreign Investments in the sector. 3 day lasting exhibition will be a glittering showcase of the construction materials, method, equipment and real estate industry. It will reveal to the country, the rapid developments in the industry as well as new technology, machinery and materials in the power and energy.
Four exhibition named ‘15th Power Bangladesh’, ‘10th Solar Bangladesh’, ‘18th Con-Expo’ and ‘16th Real Expo’ will be held in two deferment hall.
Exhibitors from over 10 countries and also visitors who will be coming to Bangladesh from different parts of the World to visit this comprehensive Expo to familiarize themselves with these sectors of Bangladesh and see the Investment climate where the Government is encouraging Foreign Investments in the sector.
The expo is also giving special emphasis on Renewable Energy, Solar Power with its concurrent exhibitions, for encouraging investment in this sector to generate electricity from renewable sources to meet an ever-growing demand and lessen the dependency on existing resources.

Besides the exhibition a forum was arranged called ‘Power and Energy Forum Bangladesh 2015’. The forum will be held at 11 am on 5 December. Topic of the discussion is ‘primary fuel and energy: entrepreneur wants guidance’. the keynote will be presented by professor of BUET Dr. Izaz Hosen. Power, energy and mineral resource minister Nasul Hamid will inaugurate the function.
